Dodge Charger Safety Features

Dodge first introduced the Charger as a show car for the 1964 season. The model has remained a prominent aspect of the auto world due in part to Dodge’s attention to such safety features as the braking system.

There are a number of notable features provided to improve the braking system’s safety. One of them is the Rain Brake System, which is alerted when you turn on the vehicle’s windshield wipers. They respond to the wet road conditions by applying a slight amount of pressure to the calipers to help keep them dry. Another wet road safety feature is the All-Speed Traction Control. The purpose of this part of the braking system is to help your vehicle maintain traction when the wheels begin to slip.

We’re here at Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep in D'Iberville to assist you with your questions about the many Dodge Charger safety features. Stop in for a test drive.
